A full spa day. We start with a consultation about the look you want and how your dog’s coat is doing, then work through bathing, drying, brushing and a breed-appropriate haircut, finishing with nails, ears and a tidy face.
A thorough wash, dry and brush-out with a light tidy — perfect for keeping your dog fresh and comfortable between full grooms, or for coats that do not need a haircut.
A puppy’s first grooming visit shapes how they feel about it for years. We take it slowly and let your puppy get used to the water, the dryer, the brush and having their paws and face handled — with plenty of breaks and encouragement along the way.
A specialised wash and blowout that lifts loose undercoat before it ends up on your sofa. How much comes out depends on your dog’s breed, coat condition and where they are in their shedding cycle.

Comfortable feet make for a comfortable dog. We keep nails at a sensible length and tidy the hair that grows between the pads.
We groom paws — we do not diagnose or treat paw conditions. Anything that looks sore or unusual is something to raise with your veterinarian.

We assess your dog’s coat before we start. Light tangles can usually be brushed out comfortably. Severe matting is different — pulling at a badly matted coat is painful, so a shorter haircut is often the kinder option.

We quote per dog rather than publishing a one-size-fits-all price list — because a Chihuahua and a matted Newfoundland are not the same job.

Yes — grooming is by appointment so we can give each dog our full attention. You can request a time through the booking form on this site or call us directly. A request is not confirmed until we have contacted you to arrange it.
We do. Our Puppy First Groom is built specifically around first-timers: we go slowly, keep things gentle and positive, and introduce your puppy to the bath, the dryer, brushing and having their paws and face handled. The aim is a puppy who is relaxed about grooming for the rest of their life.
Just your dog and anything that helps them settle. If your dog uses a particular shampoo, has known sensitivities, or has behaviour or handling needs we should know about, tell us when you book so we can prepare properly.
