Booking requests

Submitting the booking form sends us a request. It is not a confirmed appointment, and no appointment exists until a member of our team has contacted you to arrange it. We may not be able to accommodate every request or every preferred time.

Information on this site

We describe our services as accurately as we can, but what a particular dog needs — and what is achievable with their coat — can only be assessed in person. Descriptions on this website are a guide, not a commitment to a specific outcome for your dog.

Where prices are shown they are starting prices. The final price depends on breed, size, coat condition and the services carried out, and we will confirm it with you before work begins.

Grooming is not veterinary care

Nothing on this website is veterinary advice. Our services are routine cosmetic grooming and supervised care. If your dog has a health concern — skin, ears, teeth, an injury or anything else — please speak to your veterinarian.

Availability of the site

We aim to keep this website available and up to date, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or remove content at any time.
