We confirm whether we can cover your address, and give you an estimated pickup time.

Puppy Visit
Your dog comes to the Palace and receives the service you booked.

We contact you to confirm before your dog is returned home.
What we will ask you
Pickup is requested through the normal booking form — there is a transport step where you tell us what you need. We use that to work out whether we can cover your address on the day you want.

We will confirm whether we can cover your address and give you an estimated pickup time before the day. If we cannot make it work, we will say so straight away rather than leave you guessing.
